Privacy notice

This notice covers the Northstar Digital company pages of this website. Northstar Express has its own policy at /express/privacy.html.

What we collect

What you choose to send us: the details you enter in our form (Start a project), or an email you write to us.

When you send a form, Netlify, which hosts this website, also records your IP address, your browser’s identification string (its “user agent”) and this website’s address.

These pages use no cookies and no analytics, and load nothing from any server other than this website’s own.

What we use it for

To reply to your inquiry and talk with you about the project. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for marketing lists.

Where it is kept

Form submissions, including the details above, are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Netlify checks every submission for spam using Akismet, a spam-filtering service run by Automattic. Netlify also keeps technical logs of requests to this website. Email is kept in our email account. We have not set a fixed period for deleting inquiries.

Your choices

Email northstardigitalaz@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have your inquiry deleted. We delete it from our Netlify forms and our email. Copies that Netlify’s spam-filtering provider or Netlify’s own technical logs keep for their own periods may not be reached by that.
