1. Discover

   We start with what already exists: the business, the customer, the current site or workflow, and what is actually getting in the way. We’d rather understand the real problem first than build around assumptions.

2. Design

   We turn that into a clear direction before piling on features. Structure, content, visual hierarchy and the customer path get worked out together so the final build has a reason behind it.

3. Build

   Then we build the smallest complete version that solves the job well. The goal is not complexity for its own sake — it’s something fast, clear and maintainable that the business can actually use.

4. Verify & launch

   Before launch, we test the paths that matter, including the ugly cases. We verify the real production behavior, keep a rollback path, and only then put it in front of customers.
