Northstar Express · Payson, Arizona

Tell us about your business and upload your stuff. We build the website.

A one-page website for a local business, put together by hand from what you send us. Nothing to learn, nothing to drag around, no monthly software bill.

$149 — first 10 Express customers

One payment. After it goes through you get a form to fill in, and a link to look at a few days later.

What you get

Everything that is included, before you pay

No part of this is held back as an upsell. If it is on this list it is in the $149.

  • A one-page website
Everything a customer needs in one place — what you do, what it costs if you want to say, and how to reach you.
  • Built for a phone first
Checked at phone, tablet and desktop widths before it reaches you. Most people who look you up are holding a phone.
  • Your branding, your photos
Your logo, your colours, your own pictures of your own work. Not a stock photo of somebody else's.
  • Copy written from your answers
You write rough notes at intake. We turn them into clean sentences without changing what they claim.
  • A working enquiry form
It goes to your inbox. We test it with a real message before we hand the site over.
  • The search basics set up
A real page title, a description, and a proper preview card when someone shares the link.
  • One round of changes
You look it over, send everything you want changed in one go, and we do it.
  • A person checks it before you see it
Someone reads every fact on the page against what you actually told us.
  • Written instructions for your domain
Plain steps for pointing your web address at the finished site.

How it works

Four steps, and one of them is ours

You pay $149

One payment, on Stripe's own checkout page. We never see your card details.

You tell us about the business

A form with questions about what you do, your hours, your area, and your prices if you publish them. Upload your logo and your photos in the same place.

We build it and send you a link

Usually a few days. You get a private link to look at before anything goes public.

You send changes, then it goes live

One round of changes is included. When you are happy, you point your domain at it.

A sample

This is what comes out

Rim Country Bakehouse is not a real bakery. It is a sample built by the same pipeline your site would go through, from invented answers to an intake form, so you can see the finished thing before you pay for one.

The photographs on the sample are licensed stock, because a business that does not exist has no photographs of its own. Yours would use yours.

The limits

What $149 does not buy

Worth reading before you pay rather than after. None of this gets quietly squeezed in, and none of it is a surprise extra later — it is simply a different job.

Not included

  • An online shop
Product catalogues, carts, checkouts and customer accounts.
  • Booking and scheduling systems
Anything that takes appointments or manages a calendar.
  • A large multi-page site
Express is one page. More than that is a different job.
  • Custom software
Dashboards, apps, logins, or connecting to other systems.
  • Photography
We use the pictures you send. We do not shoot new ones.
  • Unlimited revisions
One round is included. More is quoted separately.

What we need from you

Two things, and the second one matters more than it sounds.

  • Your own web address
You buy it and it stays in your name. We give you the steps for pointing it at the site.
  • True information about your business
We will not invent a fact to fill a gap — not a year, not a licence, not a review, not a service you do not offer. If we do not know something, we ask you. Before the site goes live you confirm every fact on it is correct.

Questions

The things people ask first

What do I actually need to have ready?

Your logo if you have one, some photographs of your own work, and honest answers about what you do, where you do it, and how people reach you.

You do not need copy written. Rough notes are fine — turning those into clean sentences is part of the job.

Do I need to own a web address already?

No, but you will need one before the site can go live at your own name, and you buy it yourself. We do not register domains and we never take ownership of yours.

You get written instructions for connecting it. If you would rather we walked you through it, ask.

What if I do not like it?

Tell us what to change and we change it — one round is included, and it is a real round, not a token one.

If you change your mind before we have started building, you get your money back. The full position is on the refunds page.

Is this a template?

The machinery is shared — the build system, the checks, the way pages are put together. That sharing is what makes $149 possible.

What is on the page is yours: your words, your photographs, your colours, your services. We do not reuse another business's look.

Will this get me to the top of Google?

We will not tell you it will. We set up the basics any site should have — a real title, a description, a share preview — and we build a page that loads quickly and works on a phone.

Rankings depend on your competitors, your reviews, your location and a great deal we do not control. Anyone who promises you a position is guessing.

What happens after it is live?

The site is yours. It sits on your web address and there is nothing further to pay us.

If you later want it looked after, added to, or want to do more than one page can hold, that is a separate conversation and a separate price.

Why only ten customers?

$149 is a pilot price while we find out what this actually costs us in time. Ten is enough to learn that.

It is not a sales tactic and there is no countdown. When ten orders are taken, the price is reconsidered.

Ready when you are

You will be asked about your business straight after you pay. Have your logo and a handful of photographs somewhere you can find them.
